Job Brief
As a Billing/Invoicing Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating and managing invoices, ensuring accurate billing for our services, and resolving any discrepancies. Your role will be essential to ensuring smooth financial operations and accurate record-keeping. We offer flexibility in work hours and a supportive environment to help you succeed in your role.

• Australia: North Orange, Orange, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Nepean, Western Sydney, Sydney
• Bali: Seminyak, Canggu, Pereranan, Kuta, Uluwatu, Ubud
• Generate and process accurate invoices for clients based on services rendered
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date billing records and account details
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with internal billing procedures and industry regulations
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify billing concerns
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts department
• Track payments and ensure they are properly applied to client accounts
Skills & Requirements
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in processing invoices
• Proficient in billing software and accounting tools (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be proficient in English (additional language skills a plus)
