Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records and transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, reports, and financial statements
• Reconcile accounts and track payments and expenses
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Communicate effectively with management to support business decisions
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Provide general accounting support to the business
Skills & Requirements
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper/accountant, with a solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• A strong sense of integrity and professionalism
• Must be proficient in English (additional language skills a plus)
• Ability to work remotely or in an office environment depending on the role
