You will be responsible for coordinating and managing field operations, ensuring our teams deliver high-quality service to clients. •Australia: North Orange, Orange, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Nepean, Western Sydney, Sydney
•Oversee and manage field operations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless service delivery
•Coordinate with remote teams to manage resources, logistics, and scheduling effectively
•Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize service
•Implement and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
•Provide leadership and guidance to field staff in all locations, ensuring productivity and professionalism
•Work closely with department heads to align field operations with business objectives
•Resolve operational challenges, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
•Implement operational training programs and ensure staff are adequately trained
•Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
•Support the growth and scalability of operations through strategic planning
Skills & Requirements
•Proven experience in field operations management, overseeing teams in multiple locations
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage remote teams
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with remote teams and management
•Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving efficiency and resolving issues promptly
•Proficiency in project management tools and operational software
•Ability to work independently while managing cross-functional teams remotely
•Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
