Job Brief

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns and gardens for residential and commercial properties. Your work will ensure that our clients’ outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, contributing to their satisfaction. We offer flexible hours and a supportive environment to help you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas by mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding

• Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants

• Ensure all gardening tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting client specifications

• Report any maintenance issues or damages found during garden care

• Follow all company policies and health and safety guidelines

• Manage gardening tools and ensure they are used efficiently

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Skills & Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude

• Reliability and punctuality are essential

• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies

• Transport and valid driver’s license are required

• Must be willing to undergo a background check (if required)

• Must have own Android or iPhone smart device, current SIM, and data plan

• Capacity to use our app to follow checklists, take photos, report repairs, and capture before-and-after images

• Ability to clock your time on the job using the app

• Must be literate in English or Bahasa, depending on the location
