Job Brief

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties. Your work will ensure that our clients’ properties are well-maintained and functional, contributing to their satisfaction. We offer flexible hours and a supportive environment to help you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman tasks, including minor repairs, painting, carpentry, roofing / guttering, basic plumbing, and other works

• Maintain and repair residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain in good working order

• Report any maintenance issues or damages found during the job

• Follow all company policies, health, and safety guidelines

• Manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and safely

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Skills & Requirements

• Previous handyman experience is preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude

• Reliability and punctuality are essential

• Ability to lift and move tools and equipment

• Transport and valid driver’s license are required

• Must be willing to undergo a background check (if required)

• Must have own Android or iPhone smart device, current SIM, and data plan

• Capacity to use our app to follow checklists, take photos, report repairs, and capture before-and-after images

• Ability to clock your time on the job using the app

• Must be literate in English or Bahasa, depending on the location
