Job Brief
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will manage and lead a team of housekeepers, overseeing cleaning operations across our client’s properties. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cleaning schedules, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained, and reporting on the progress and outcomes of cleaning tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lead a team effectively, and the flexibility to work across various property types, including commercial spaces, residential homes, serviced apartments, and Airbnb properties.

• Bali: Seminyak, Canggu, Pereranan, Kuta, Uluwatu, Ubud
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of housekeepers across multiple property types (commercial, residential, serviced apartments, and Airbnb properties)
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, including tasks such as bed making, floor care, bathroom cleaning, dusting, and surface wiping
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and special cleaning tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
• Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Handle any client-specific requests for cleaning and reporting, ensuring satisfaction
• Report cleaning progress, challenges, and any maintenance issues to management
• Train and supervise new housekeepers, ensuring they are equipped to meet company standards
• Motivate and support team members, ensuring high morale and productivity
• Handle inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements as needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients or guests
Skills & Requirements
• Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks for yourself and your team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies, and safety standards
• Ability to adapt to various property types and client requirements
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate strong work ethics
• Ability to work across various time zones or on flexible schedules
• Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
