Job Brief

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the schedules of field teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently across multiple locations. You will collaborate with the operations team to coordinate daily tasks, track project timelines, and resolve any scheduling conflicts. Your role will ensure that all team members are aligned and available to meet the demands of our clients and business needs.

This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

Bali: Seminyak, Canggu, Pereranan, Kuta, Uluwatu, Ubud

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the schedules of field teams across multiple locations

Collaborate with the operations team to align resources with business needs and project timelines

Monitor daily operations to ensure all tasks are assigned and completed on time

Handle scheduling conflicts and adjust plans as necessary to ensure operational efficiency

Communicate effectively with field teams to ensure they are fully briefed and prepared for tasks

Track project timelines and provide updates to the operations team and management

Ensure all team members are allocated efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime

Assist with the allocation of equipment and resources to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and updates in scheduling software

Provide support to the operations team and other departments as needed to ensure seamless communication

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or team coordination

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams and across different locations

Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with scheduling software or project management tools

Ability to resolve conflicts and adjust schedules as necessary

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must be fluent in English (additional language skills a plus)
