Effective today, January 22, 2024, we are introducing significant changes that will shape the future of our organisation.

1. New Name, Same Dedication: We are proud to announce that MEAS Central Services is rebranding as Snowgums Property Services. This name change reflects our commitment to growth and expanding our range of property services while maintaining our unwavering dedication to excellence.
   
   
2. A New Leader Takes the Helm: We are delighted to introduce Nicole Beaumont as the new owner/operator of Snowgums Property Services. Nicole brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our organisation, with over 30 years of experience in financial and customer services, including her successful operation of the business over the past 12 months. She is committed to driving her own level of high standards and ensuring a seamless transition.
3. Mark's Next Chapter: As part of this transition, Mark Smith, the previous owner/operator, is shifting his focus to building his Airbnb business called Snowgums BNB. We extend our gratitude to Mark for his contributions and leadership during his tenure.
4. Unchanged Commitment: Despite these changes, our commitment to providing top-notch services and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners remains steadfast. You can expect the same level of professionalism, reliability, and quality that has been synonymous with our organisation.
5. Updated Contact Information: While our name and ownership are changing, our contact information remains the same. You can continue to reach us through the existing communication channels.
6. Commitment to Seamless Transition: We understand that transitions can bring questions. The new entity has a new brand, new company, ownership is with Nicole, and a new bank account for new invoices from today - the old invoices continue to be paid to the previous bank account; our old emails will continue to operate. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for all stakeholders. We also want to reassure you that our ongoing insurance policies remain in place.
