As a Customer Services Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to manage their inquiries, bookings, and service requests. You will be responsible for providing seamless and personalized service, ensuring that our customers’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Assist with managing service bookings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating requests

Provide information on services, products, and company offerings to customers

Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, finding effective resolutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Follow up with clients to ensure services were completed to their satisfaction

Process customer feedback to improve our services and customer experience

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met

Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, concierge, or similar roles

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks

Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Ability to work remotely or in an office environment depending on the role
