Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Customer Acquisition & Seminar Advisor to join our growing team at Snowgums BNB! Whether you are looking for a full-time, part-time, casual, or subcontractor role, we offer flexible options to fit your career goals.

 

This role is mission-critical to Snowgums BNB, responsible for filling the customer pipeline with new Airbnb hosts, serviced apartment managers, and property service clients. The role directly contributes to Snowgums’ revenue growth by securing:

New Airbnb hosts

New Snowgums Property Services contracts

New management agreements for serviced apartments, hotels, and villa complexes

 

Initially based in Seminyak’s Granary Co-Working space, the seminar program will expand rapidly to Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Sanur, and Jakarta, with sessions delivered in English, Bahasa, and Russian. The successful applicant will also collaborate with teams in Jakarta, Singapore, and Sydney, delivering seminars under the Snowgums BNB brand.

 

As Snowgums scales, this position will work closely with account managers brought in to maintain long-term owner relationships, ensuring client retention and business growth.

Job Brief

The Customer Acquisition & Seminar Advisor will be responsible for attracting, nurturing, and converting potential customers through a structured seminar-based sales process. The role will involve customer outreach, seminar execution, post-event follow-ups, and expansion of Snowgums’ market reach.

 

To succeed in this role, the applicant must be sales-oriented, an excellent communicator, and highly organized, with the ability to track and optimize leads using HubSpot CRM. The role demands high energy, adaptability, and a commitment to driving rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

 

• Target and engage property owners interested in Airbnb, short-term rentals, and serviced apartment management.

• Build and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (direct networking, online marketing, social media, WhatsApp, email).

• Convert leads into seminar attendees and paying clients.

• Maintain a high-converting sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

• Optimize data tracking, reporting, and lead scoring to maximize sign-ups and conversions.

 

2. Seminar Enrollment & Nurturing

 

• Manage end-to-end attendee registration, ensuring maximum attendance at every seminar.

Pre-qualify leads to maximize conversion rates from attendees to paying clients.

Follow up with registrants to increase attendance rates and minimize no-shows.

 

3. Seminar Delivery & Advisory

 

Welcome and engage attendees at live seminars in Seminyak, Canggu, and beyond.

• Deliver high-energy, value-packed seminar presentations, ensuring clarity and engagement.

• Position Snowgums as the go-to solution for property owners looking to maximize earnings.

• Answer attendee questions and address common pain points in Airbnb hosting and property management.

• Foster interactive discussions, increasing attendee participation and excitement.

 

4. Post-Seminar Follow-Up & Client Onboarding

 

Follow up immediately with seminar attendees to secure new Airbnb sign-ups and management contracts.

• Convert leads into Snowgums Property Services clients, offering cleaning, linen, maintenance, and property management.

• Work closely with future account managers to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

• Track conversions and continuously improve post-seminar closing rates.

 

5. Expansion & Growth Strategy

 

• Support the scaling of Snowgums Seminars into Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Sanur, and Jakarta.

• Assist in the development of multilingual seminar formats (English, Bahasa, and Russian).

• Collaborate with seminar teams in Jakarta, Singapore, and Sydney as Snowgums expands internationally.

• Assist in the development of training materials, slides, and presentations to maintain consistency across locations.

Number of new Airbnb hosts signed up 

Conversion rate of seminar attendees into Snowgums Property Services contracts

Number of new management contracts secured for serviced apartments, hotels, and villa complexes

Seminar attendance growth & expansion to new locations

Post-seminar follow-up success & long-term client engagement

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or the hospitality industry (preferred).

Confident public speaking & presentation skills to engage and convert seminar attendees.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with constantly evolving strategies.

Tech-savvy & data-driven—comfortable using HubSpot CRM, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and social media.

Entrepreneurial mindset—excited to build and scale a rapidly growing business.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adjusting to expanding geographic markets.
